ISO/TR 17797:2014 : Electronic archiving - Selection of digital storage media for long term preservation

0
0

ISO/TR 17797:2014 gives guidelines on a selection of the most appropriate storage media for use in long-term electronic storage solutions. It includes a discussion on magnetic, optical, and electronic storage.

ISO/TS 21219-2:2014 : Intelligent transport systems - Traffic and travel information (TTI) via transport protocol experts group, generation 2 (TPEG2) - Part 2: UML modelling rules

0
0

ISO/TS 21219-2:2014 specifies rules for the creation and extending of TPEG application UML models. The rules are intended to ensure that TPEG application UML models can be interpreted unambiguously for conversion to physical format representations. TPEG application UML models that are defined according to these rules may be used for automatic generation of TPEG standards and for automatic generation of TPEG application physical format descriptions.

ISO/TS 21219-2:2014 also specifies the preferred structure of TPEG application specifications.

IEEE C37.26-2014 : IEEE Guide for Methods of Power-Factor Measurement for Low-Voltage (1000 V AC or lower) Inductive Test Circuits

0
0
Revision Standard - Active. Methods for determining the value of the power factor for inductive low-voltage (1000 V ac and lower) test circuits are provided. These methods are used in determining the power factor during short-circuit current tests in high-power laboratories. It is preferred that these methods be used during short-circuit current testing. Alternatively, other methods (including use of computerized or digital techniques) may be used, but the method used shall have been validated as producing results equivalent to those obtained using the methods in this guide. The methods described are intended for use in low-voltage test circuits (under 1000 V ac) but may also be used for higher voltages.

SAE SSB1_003A : Acceleration Factors (Stabilized: Sep 2014)

0
0

This document is an annex to EIA Engineering Bulletin SAB-1, Guidelines for Using Plastic Encapsulated Microcircuits and Semiconductors in Military, Aerospace and Other Rugged Applications (the latest revision).

This document provided reference information concerning acceleration factors commonly used by device manufacturers to model failure rates in conjunction with statistical reliability monitoring. These acceleration factors are frequently used by OEMs in conjunction with physics of failure reliability analysis to assess the suitability of plastic encapsulated microcircuits and semiconductors for specific end use applications.

SAE J2859_201209 : Hybrid III Large Male Drawing Package (EA-32)

This SAE Surface Vehicle Information Report identifies and defines the drawings and parts relating to the use of the Hybrid III Large Male Test Dummy.

SAE J247_201304 : Procedure and Instrumentation for Measuring Acoustic Impulses from Deployment of Automotive Inflatable Devices

0
0
The purpose of this SAE Recommended Practice is to provide guidelines for selection of transducers, data acquisition systems, and other instrumentation as well as analysis methods to help ensure proper measurement and evaluation of acoustic impulses in automobiles. While this Recommended Practice focuses on automotive inflatable devices, such as, frontal airbag systems, pretensioners, inflatable curtains, side airbags, etc., it can be used for measurement of other impulsive sounds in a vehicle if needed. The objective is to achieve uniformity in instrumentation practice and reporting of test measurements. Use of this recommended practice should provide a basis for meaningful comparisons of test results from different sources. This recommended practice specifies procedures for static measurement of acoustic impulses, but due to the much more complicated nature of crash testing, does not specify procedures for measuring impulses in vehicles during crash tests.
